Education
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science double major in chemistry and materials science & engineering, with a GPA of 3.2. I returned to the UW in 2013 and graduated the next year with a Master of Engineering degree in Polymer Engineering with a GPA of 3.7.
Experience
Teaching: I tutored college level general chemistry courses for several years and worked as a TA for college freshman level chemistry while getting my Master's degree. Work: I have worked in the industry in both pharmaceutical testing and chemical manufacturing. Test scores: SAT - 1440 (out of 1600) ACT - 33 (out of 36) AP - Chemistry: 5 (out of 5) I have always enjoyed tutoring and teaching; even before I started doing it professionally, I would help my friends and fellow students get through their chemistry classes. Chemistry is something that has always come easy for me, and I think it's a fascinating subject that I want to help come easily to others too.
